Any email you read in your real email address inbox that was received through a disposable email address will have a header at the top of the email that states where you can deactivate it and what address received the email for you.

If you also want to remind yourself what site you gave this disposable email address too you can add a Subject tag which will add a short tag to every email we send to you.
