Recieving a reply depends on the type of sms sent. We have 2 types of sms available:

MASKED SMS - you can change the sender ID.
If the sender ID is set to a mobile/cellphone number then any reply will go to this number.
If the sender ID is set to a word the person replying will be prompted for a number to send the response to.

ANON SMS - any anonymous sms sent will appear from a uk mobile number, example +441234567891.
Any reply sent back will appear in your Sharpmail sms inbox.
